El Centro is a public school in the Napa Valley Unified School District that offers children access to all areas of the curriculum. Assemblies, field trips, and hands-on projects provide experiences that connect students to their community and build a solid academic foundation. The school computer lab, and community partners provide unique opportunities for learning.

Teachers take pride in providing students with the best educational opportunities possible. Teachers are committed to assisting students in academic, social, and emotional growth. Staff use a variety of teaching techniques throughout the school day to help students meet state standards and enrich learning whenever possible. Teachers differentiate instruction to support students who need extra support or who need enrichment during lessons. The school focuses on the joy of learning and encourages parent participation.

Teachers believe the best learning climate is one in which parents, children, and staff work cooperatively towards a common goal - a quality education for all of our students. We encourage parents to support our school and assist with learning in order to provide the best educational experiences possible for our students.
